That's a big reason why I love Trader Joe's -- I don't think I've ever seen HFCS in any of their products.
I avoid HFCS almost completely. It's evil, I'm sure of it...
By the way, what's with the lady conducting the interview,
"Talk to me about corn."

ok. Scott's Dad eliminated it and white flour and what a difference!!! Maybe I should try it too
Just thinking about it makes me hungry for a whopper and poptarts:)
We watched this documentary after I read the book. I wish I was as good as April, but I'm just to lazy to worry about HFCS.
