1st grade Valentine's party

Darren and I went to Bea's Valentine's party in her classroom. There was lots of pink and red and sugar. You could smell it in the air. The kids were doing a couple of crafts with conversation valentine candies and glue, as well as lots of glitter.

Looks like fun! Happy Valentine's Day! They even exchanged Valentines and treats in my kids' 2-year-old room at Mom's Day Out. I admit to eating more of their sugar cookies than they did.

I still think my kids are on a sugar high.

I used to love Valentines Day in grade school. These parties were always a lot of fun. Bea looks like she's having a good time.

Bea so glad you were feeling better so you could go. My kids LOVED yesterday. The loved all the candy and I just let them eat it until they were sick. I don't need it in the house.

I wish I was still in Primary school. I loved all the crafts. Spencer ate his chocolate basketballs as quickly as he could open the wrapper. I too figured it was better to get it over with quickly.

Ruben says thank you and he was so excited about you mentioning his enchiladas. His ego is growing by the second. He wants me to post his recipe on my blog. He doesn't even like blogs. He thinks it's so weird that I'm always reading other people's blogs. But he's excited that you like them. He does make good enchiladas. By the way, why do you dislike Hillary so much? I'd like to hear your view.
