I made another hat. This time I tried a baby hat.
Her mom wanted something not pink, so I went yellow and green. Annabel thought I should put the pom pom on the side rather than on top because the top looks wintery and the side would make it Springy-er. I think she was probably right.

That is just too stinkin' cute. I just learned how to knit...like last weekend...and I'm still working on my first project (it will be a dishcloth I treasure for the rest of my life). But you've inspired me to branch out. I don't know any babies, but I do know a couple of animals who would look adorable in one of these. If I can figure out how to make ear holes.
