A Boy and His Bike

Noah turns 12 on Saturday and was in need of a new bike. As we are going to DC for an extended weekend and he has a scout bike trip on Tuesday, he got his bike a week early. Can we say excited? He requested gears, a tall frame and a water bottle holder. I think we managed to meet all those requirements. He was very appreciative and also, very excited. He has ridden his bike to school for the last two days and is looking forward to tonight's ride with the Scouts.

Is it me or is he starting to look more and more like Darren?

I like the title of your post. Sounds like a children's book. Happy Birthday!!

I've been getting caught up with you and it sounds like spring/summer is in full effect at the pulley house. How nice that Noah can ride to school and how beautiful are the spring blossoms! Here I'm getting a little taste of what it must look like in Rochester, b/s our street is lined with several lilac trees(our street means lilac way in german)!

Neat bike! Glad to see he's wearing his helmet, too!
