7:20 am

This is what I wake up to this morning.
A good 5 inches of snow and it is still coming down.

Darren is so good about blowing out the driveway before he leaves for work. The snow plows had already been through the neighborhood this morning and the end of the driveway was piled high. We would have been stuck for sure.
(Darren is dressed for work and wearing his dress shoes)

A little more realistic view of the snow.

Whoa!
I really have a hard time understanding why Rochester is inhabited.

Wow, a real snow blower. I don't think they know what those are here in Seattle. They also don't know what a snow plow or salt on the road is either (I guess it would kill all the protected giant slugs out here if they used it.) Anyway, we really could have used all of those things out here lately, but it's pretty rare out here. Enjoy being in a place that knows what to do with snow.
