Cafe Rio
One of the first things we did upon our arrival in Utah was to eat at Cafe Rio. We just don't have anything like this in Rochester. Moe's comes close, but just leaves us wishing for more.
No matter the time of day, this place always seems to be busy.
Even Grandma felt well enough to join us for lunch.

MMM... my favorite! Did you eat the whole salad? It is so good! Are you still in Utah? I have knitting patterns for Daren.
That is absolutely the first thing I would do too! Their shredded pork burrito is fabulous!
Yeah for good food! We haven't had good mexican since being here and seeing your pictures makes me oh so hungry!
Long John Silvers AND Cafe Rio. I am definitely jealous. If you tell me you also ate at Sonic, I might cry.
Is Cafe Rio a chain out west I can find in Vegas? I know exactly who Chloe reminds you of!
Cafe Rio was OK. We got take out so it wasn't too hot by the time I ate it. I guess I need to give it another try. I do love MOES Chicken Club burrito...YUM.
Oh, jealous you got to eat at Cafe Rio! And I agree, Moe's is good, but it doesn't quite cut it.
